That is the question of all questions isn't it? Wish I had the answer or would trust the answer if I actually heard it!
You know, I don't know if anybody really knows. Those that say they do, I would say feel it more than know it...or they know it from how they feel. I wouldn't be suprised if everybody's answers were different, too, because different things have different meanings to people. So, I wouldn't suggest over-analyzing it or asking too many people because the answers you get may not be yours or the ones you'll end up with.
